Why does it always happen that when you are in a hurry and want to drive fast, you come across:
1. (un)expected traffic jam with apparently no reason. There woudl be a bunch of vehicles getting stuck in jam and you can see empty rad ahead.
2. a vehicle going in front of you at a speed as if it does not have to go anywhere.
I wonder.
