Your viewpoints

Presently i am writing a paper, the abstract of which has been seected at an international conference.

The paper talks primarily about the use of technology as a platform in order to collaborate with the customers for brand building. This includes using open source technologies as well as other plaforms like blogs, twitters, you tube, networking sites etc and the emerging cloud computing to use platform, infrastructure and software as services.
